ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaints of the petitioner dated 28.08.2015 and 05.04.2016.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaints given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.238 of 2016 under Sections 147, 294(b) and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

506(i) IPC and 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
