This Contempt Petition is filed for the non-compliance of the Order in W.P(MD).No.20068 of 2021 dated 08.11.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents produced a written communication and submits that the order of this Court in W.P(MD).No.20068 of 2021, dated 08.11.2021 has been complied with.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner still raised objection that the interest for the commutation amount has not been properly paid. However, the learned counsel is not in position to explain before this Court how the interest has been arrived at by him.

4.If the petitioner is still having grievance, it is always open to him to file an appropriate application for the arrears of interest for the commutation amount, if any.
