2. Since the issue involved in all these Writ Appeals is common, they were heard together and the Writ Appeals are disposed of by means of this Common Judgment.

3. These Writ Appeals have been filed challenging the order dated 04.03.2008, made in W.P.(MD).No.1837, 1836, 1838, 1839, 1840, 1841, 1889 and 1890 of 2008, by which the Writ Court directed the appellants herein to release the sale deeds in favour of the Writ Petitioners. The said Writ Petitions were disposed of, by following the earlier decision in W.P.(MD).Nos.28557 to 28564 of 2003, dated 14.10.2003. It is admitted on behalf of the appellants that the said order had attained finality and no appeal has been preferred.

4. In the light of the above, we are not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the Writ Court. Accordingly, the Writ Appeals are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected

Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
