RESPONDENTS Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent to grant 3 days temporary leave to the detenu by name Karanraj, aged 20, S/o.Sundaram, now confining as "Goonda" at Madurai Central Prison under preventive detention by the order passed by the Respondent No.2 vide his order in No.30/BCDFGISSSV/2020 dated 08.09.2020 for attend the funeral ceremonies of his father namely Sundaram forth with. Prayer in HCP(MD)No.710 of 2021:- Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus or any other writ or Direction calling for the entire records, connected with the Detention order of the Respondent No.2 in No.
30/BCDFGISSSV/2020 dated 08.09.2020 and Quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu by name Karanraj, son of Sundaram, aged about 20 years, now detained as "Goonda"at Madurai Central Prison before this Hon'ble Court and set him liberty forthwith.

CRL MP(MD) No.3860 of 2021 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.RAVI, Standing Counsel for the Government on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that the order passed in the above Crl.M.P(MD)No.3860 of 2021 has been complied with and hence, no further order is necessary.
