This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner herein is a dialysis patient and therefore, the requirement of the petitioner's repeated appearance before the respondent police would cause harassment to him.

4. Per contra, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that already the statement of the petitioner has been recorded and his presence is no more required in this case.
