The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in O.S.No.44 of 2021 on the file of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Tr.C.M.P.(MD) No.250 of 2021 transfer the same to any other District Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners fairly submitted that he is not pressing the averments and that he would seek permission to withdraw the Transfer CMP. However, he would pray that a direction may be issued to the trial Judge to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible.

3. In view of the above, the Transfer CMP is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.44 of 2021 pending on its file, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
