O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the case for the offence under Sections 120 (b), 420, 468, 471 & 506(i) of I.P.C. on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 22.03.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed on the finding that the matter is of civil in nature.

4. Recording the submission made, this petition is closed. The 2nd respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
