This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), based on the complaint preferred by the petitioner against the proposed accused, enquiry has been conducted and it has been subsequently closed with a direction to the petitioner to approach the competent civil forum, as the matter is civil in nature.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The 2nd respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already given. On receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
