The First Bench of this Court refused to entertain a public interest litigation at the instance of a third party but suo motu took up the matter as a public interest litigation. Therefore, the writ petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to implead himself in the said writ petition. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)Nos.1 and 2 of 2015 are also closed.
