ORDER

The contempt petition was filed complaining breach of the order dated 07.01.2022 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11141 of 2021. I called both the parties to my Chamber and requested them to resolve the issue amicably between themselves. I called upon the learned counsel also to lend their good offices. I am happy to record that the issue has been amicably resolved. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a memo indicating the manner in which the common well can be utilized. The memo filed by the petitioner has also been endorsed by the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent. 2.This contempt petition is disposed of on these terms.
