O R D E R

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking transfer of the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.151 of 2022 from the 1/4

file of the III Additional Sub Court, Madurai and transfer the same to the Sub-Court, Pudukkottai.

2.Today(10.08.2022), when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent submit that the matter may be referred to Mediation. Accordingly, this Court referred the matter for mediation and on the best efforts taken by Mr.P.Kumar, the parties have resolved their issues. They also filed the settlement agreement before this Court and both of them agreed to withdraw the allegations in H.M.O.P.No. 151 of 2022 pending on the file of the III Additional Sub Court, Madurai.

3.In view of the subsequent development, this petition is closed as no further order is required and liberty is granted to the parties to approach the concerned Court for necessary decree based on the agreement arrived at between them and the trial Court shall consider the same and dispose of H.M.O.P.No.151 of 2022 as 2/4

expeditiously as possible. The settlement agreement shall form part and parcel of this order. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
