2. After making some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the review applicant sought permission of this court to withdraw this review application. He also submitted that a memo in this regard would be placed before the Registry. Accordingly, a memo was filed by the learned counsel for the review applicant to the Registry on 09.08.2023.
