ORDER
The petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to determine and to pay adequate compensation to the petitioners land in S.F.Nos.308/C and 308/D situated at Lakshmi Narayana Chamuthiram, Karur Taluk, Karur District by considering the petitioners representation dated 21.07.2020.
2.According to the petitioners, with the relief sought for in the prayer, they made a representation dated 21.07.2020, to the respondents. So far, no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that 3(2) notice has been issued under the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition and Industrial Purpose Act, 1997 on 01.06.2020 and enquiry is in process and no final enquiry is concluded. She further submitted that the compensation amount will be determined to the petitioners after concluding the enquiry and the petitioners have approached this Court with pre-mature stage.
4.Accepting the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is dismissed as pre-mature. However, after the final award is passed, it is open to the petitioners to make a representation to the authority concerned for compensation amount, if they are aggrieved. No costs.
