Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the Impugned Current Consumption Charges Bill for the month of December 2013 issued by the 2nd respondent for the Petitioner Company in Service Connection No.162 dated 30.12.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to accord the Petitioner Company in Service Connection No.162.
