JUDGMENT

*********** [Judgment of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.V.Muruganandham, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants and Mr.V.B.Sundhareshwar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent. By consent, the Writ Appeal itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

2.This Writ appeal is directed against the order dated 10.03.2015 in W.P.(MD) No.3308 of 2015 filed by the respondent. The respondent challenged the order passed by the first appellant dated 11.11.2014 by which the respondent's application for grant of appointment on compassionate ground was rejected on the ground that she is a married woman. The writ Court took into consideration the earlier orders passed on similar issue and in particular, the order passed in W.P.(MD) No.20271 of 2014 dated 21.08.2014, the facts of the said case is identical to that of the case on hand.

3.Thus, the Writ Court took note of the decision and allowed the writ petition. We see no error in the order passed by the learned Single Judge.

4.Accordingly, the writ appeal fails and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connection Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
