Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to release the vehicle namely Tractor and Trailer bearing Registration Nos. TN 63 AH 7533 and TN 63 AC 0958 under ther custody of the third respondent immediately within a time frame as fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER:- Writ Petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.Prahalad Ravi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Rajarajan, Additional Government Pleader, on behalf of the respondents, this Court made the following order: Today, at the instance of the counsel on either side, the Writ Petition is posted for 'being mentioned'.

WP(MD). No.9380 of 2020 because it was stated that the vehicle was not produced before the Court below. Now, it turned out that the vehicle had been produced before the Court below and RPR number was also assigned. Therefore, I have to necessarily recall the order dated 17.08.2020 made in W.P.
