Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 18.08.2020 bearing Na.Ka.No.12786/V1/E3/2020 and quash the same and directing the respondents to re-fix the time scale of pay from 10.06.2002 by extending the benefits of the G.O.Ms.No.74, School Education Department, dated 10.06.2002 and consequently to regularize the petitioner from 10.06.2002.
