ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.04.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the Executive Officer of the Thiruppuvanam Town Panchayat, along with another official, swindled money to the tune of Rs.50 lakhs by fabricating certain documents. 4.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), petition given by the petitioner has been enquired into and closure report has also been sent to the complainant. 5.In view of the above submission, this petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law, based upon the closure report.
