ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the third respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.02.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that when the petitioner asked the proposed accused to repay the

loan amount, the proposed accused, along with two identifiable persons, slapped the petitioner and threatened him with dire consequences. As there was no case registered on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 4.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the matter pertains to the jurisdiction of the Tallakulam Police Station.

5.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to forward the complaint to Tallakulam Police Station and it is open to the Inspector of Police, Tallakulam Police Station to proceed further in accordance with law.
