The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2021 immediately and release his Tipper Lorry bearing Registration No.TN 30 R 3939 seized on 29.05.2021 in pertaining to the case in Crime No.652 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent police and handed over to him.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the confiscation proceedings in the manner known to law.
