O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the fourth respondent on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 07.02.2014.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) on instructions from the Legal Adviser to second respondent, who is also present before this Court would submit that the complaint of the petitioner was treated as petition enquiry in 229/Camp/ALGSC/PP/14 and the same was enquired and was also closed after conducting an enquiry on 20.08.2014.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the writ petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. With these observations, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
