RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time limit fixed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.5378 of 2020 dated 19/05/2020 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR. C.EZHILARASU, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 19.05.2020, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5378 of 2020, directed the petitioners to appear and execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- [Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only] before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai.

According to the petitioner, due to lock down owing to COVID-19 pandemic situation, the petitioner was not able to appear before the Magistrate concerned, within the stipulated time and hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and time granted by this Court vide order dated 19.05.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5378 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today, subject to payment of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.4061 of 2020 Rs.10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand only] to the credit of The Third Order of Saint Francis of Assissi Sisters Society - Bishop Aelen Home for Children (Indian Bank Saving Account No.6690755246, IFSC Code: IDIB000E004), Egmore, Chennai, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
