ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 21(4) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 and 379 of I.P.C., in Crime No.119 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) points out that as many as 15 cases have been registered against the petitioner and they are of the same nature.

4. Taking note of the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
