ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondent to provide drinking water connection to his house located in No.5/E, Macheal Street, Allinagaram, Theni Taluk, Theni District, for such purpose the petitioner has already made a representation on 15.06.2015.

2. Mr.K.Hemakarthikeyan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered by the respondent so far.

4. Considering the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.06.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar.
