ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to file a final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kulithalai in Crime No.344 of 2021 pending on the file of the respondent police within the time limit.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the five witnesses have been examined and the investigation in this case will be completed within a period of three months.

4. Recording the submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.344 of 2021 and file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
