PRAYER:- Petition - filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of the Courts Act, 1971, to initiate contempt proceedings under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 against the Contemnor herein for willful disobedience to the order passed by this Court in W.A.(MD)No. 420 of 2021 dated 15.04.2021 having failed to consider the application of the petitioner as Notary.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) Read this order in conjunction with and in continuation of order dated 13.09.2023, which reads as follows:- "Petitioner is called absent. In the meantime, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India circulates a copy of the order dated 23.06.2023 passed in compliance of order dated 15.04.2021. The direction in that order was that the respondents consider the application of the writ petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months.

2.Though there is no compliance within the time frame granted, an order has been passed on 23.06.2023.

3.List on 26.09.2023 under the caption "

For Dismissal"."

2. Today, Mr.S.Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the contempt petitioner apologizes for non appearance on the previous occasion. Accepting the apology, this Contempt Petition is closed, in light of the order passed on 13.09.2023. Liberty is granted to the contempt petitioner to challenge order dated 23.06.2023 in accordance with law.
