PRAYER : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to issue contempt notice to the contemnors for their willful disobedience in the order granted by this Court in W.P.(MD).No. 26321 of 2022 dated 05.01.2023 and punish them under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to issue contempt notice to the contemnors for their willful disobedience in the order granted by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.26321 of 2022 dated 05.01.2023 and punish them under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

2. Mr.T.Amjadkhan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order, dated 05.01.2023, passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.26321 of 2022, has been complied with and to that effect, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 27.02.2023 passed by the first respondent before this Court. 2/5

3. The copy of the proceedings has also been served upon the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner today. But the petitioner is not happy with the outcome of the proceedings passed by the first respondent. If he has any grievance, it is upto him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
