The petitioner has sought for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct his representation, dated 10.03.2025 to be disposed of.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents.

3. The petitioner aggrieved by the patta issued to respondents 4 to 6 concerning a pathway has made an application to the 2nd respondent on 10.03.2025. The grievance of the petitioner is that the property which is classified as pathway has been assigned in favour of the respondents 4 to 6 by way of issuance of patta. Therefore, the petitioner seeks for necessary action to be taken in this regard.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application, dated 10.03.2025, after hearing the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 to 6 and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. with the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
