ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.60 of 2020. 2.This Court, by an order dated 24.06.2021, directed the trial Court to dispose of the case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3.Now the learned Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Pudukkottai, has sent a letter dated 28.06.2021 requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.60 of 2020, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 24.06.2021.

4.Perused.

5.The reasons stated in the letter dated 28.06.2021 are accepted and considering the prevailing Covid-19 situation, a further period of three months time is granted, to comply with the direction of this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
