ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 16.03.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent's police would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent herein enquiry has been undertaken by the 2nd respondent. On enquiry, it is found that it is a contractual issues between the petitioner and the third respondent. According to the third respondent, the petitioner did not follow the above said contractual obligation and was liable to pay the compensation. He would further submit that it is purely money dispute between the parties and hence, the said petition was closed by stating that the parties shall resolve the issues through appropriate proceedings.
