2. The learned Standing counsel states that the issue between the petitioner and the management has been settled. A sum of Rs.1,93,264/- has been paid to the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
