ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file final report in Crime No.60 of 2022 before the concerned Court in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that after completion of investigation, the second respondent police filed the final report by closing the case as "Mistake of Fact" and RCS notice also served on the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
