ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the case in Crime no.144 of 2024 pending on the file of the first respondent police and Quash the same as against the petitioner.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, by way of e-filing in No.LTN20220002349 C20250011173. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
