ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking for a direction to the first respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and his wife under the guise of enquiry based on the second respondent's complaint.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the official respondent.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the second respondent, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
