: Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned Tender Notice in Na.Ka/No.1127/2020/A2 dated 03.08.2020 issued by the first respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the first respondent to conduct free and fair Tender by issuing fresh Tender Notice after re-estimation of works to fix proper estimated cost and with proper publication and without any hindrance to anybody desirous from participating in Tender in accordance with law.
