O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus in the nature of implementing the order of the 2nd respondent at the hands of the 4th respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. The petitioner's patta property has been erroneously reflect as Sarkar Poramboku in TSLR records, without any hearing or enquiry being conducted. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has given a representation in February 2024. The 2nd respondent has already recommended for necessary corrections 2/4

to be carried out and thereafter, no steps have been taken by the 4th respondent.

4. Considering that the 2nd respondent, the Assistant Director has already applied his mind and recommended for corrections to be carried out by the 4th respondent, as early as in February 2024, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 4th respondent to pass orders, in line with the recommendations of the 2nd respondent and any other material which is necessary to be considered, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
