This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR in Crime No.34/2023 dated 16.03.2023 on the file of the 1st respondent police and Quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit tht enquiry in this Crime Number has already been conducted and the same was closed as mistake of fact. Let the RC notice be served upon the defacto complainant.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
