Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 04.04.2016 against the proposed accused and investigate the same and file a final report within a stipulated period.

ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.04.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that due to a civil dispute, the proposed accused threatened to kill the petitioner and his family members. As there was no case registered on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that already both the parties have been enquired and the second respondent directed them to seek remedy before the appropriate forum and accordingly closed the complaint.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a copy of the closure report has not been served to the petitioner. 6.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law. 6.This Criminal Original Petition is accordingly closed.
