ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent not to make any mutation in the Municipal records with regard to Property Tax, Water Charges etc., in favour of any third parties on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 14.11.2013 and 20.02.2014. 2.Though the writ petition is filed for a larger relief, seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent not to make any mutation in the Municipal records with regard to Property Tax, Water Charges etc., in favour of any third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

parties on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 14.11.2013 and 20.02.2014, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in the course of his argument, restricted his relief to dispose of his representations dated 14.11.2013 and 20.02.2014. 3.In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 14.11.2013 and 20.02.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording opportunity to the parties concerned.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
