ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.01.2016.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the proposed accused, who are husband and in-laws of the petitioner, harassed the petitioner by demanding dowry. As there was no case registered on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that already both the parties have been enquired and they agreed to settle the matter.
5.Records produced on the side of the respondents would show that the husband has returned all the articles of the wife viz., petitioner on 28.01.2016 in the presence of one Mrs.T.Ponnammal. There is also an undertaking to the effect that they would settle their dispute by negotiations. Under such circumstances, no further remedy is needed. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
