Thonur, Musiri Division, Trichy Region by considering the petitioner's transfer application, dated 10.09.2023 and representation, dated 18.03.2024 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court. O R D E R
This Writ Petition is directed against the impugned order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.54417/M1/2023-109, dated 13.03.2014 posting the third respondent as Veterinary Assistant Surgeon, Veterinary Dispensary Thonur, Musiri Division, Trichy Region and consequently, direct the first respondent to issue transfer order to the petitioner as Veterinary Assistant Surgeon, Veterinary Dispensary Thonur, Musiri Division, Trichy Region by considering the petitioner's transfer application, dated 10.09.2023 and representation, dated 18.03.2024 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner's 2/5
application, dated 18.03.2024 was returned on the ground that the same was not in proper format.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has earlier submitted an application, dated 10.09.2023 and the same was not considered.
4. Per contra, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that since the petitioner has not sent the representation through proper channel and that they have not received the representation. He would further submit that if the petitioner is ready to represent the application, they will consider the representation as per procedure to be followed for request transfer in Government Letter No. 3517/P&AR(S)/96-1, dated 08.03.1996.

Considering the above, the petitioner is at liberty to represent the application before the competent authority and on receipt of the same, the competent authority is directed to consider the same and pass orders in accordance with the guidelines issued by Government Letter No.3517/P&AR(S)/96-1, dated 08.03.1996.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
