2. The prayer sought for in this petition is only for direction to dispose the H.M.O.P. No. 306 of 2021 pending before the Family Court, Madurai.

3. Considering the above, there shall be a direction to the Family Court, Madurai, to dispose H.M.O.P. No. 306 of 2021 preferably within a period of 9 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
