PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 16.10.2019 submitted for the issuance of patta, by strictly adhering the procedure contemplated under the law of the land thereby providing opportunity to the petitioner and other necessary parties. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 16.10.2019. 2.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents had produced a copy of the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 13.08.2020, wherein, it had been stated that the petitioner has not produced any relevant documents to issue patta in respect of the property in S.No.242/4 situated at Maruthanganallur, Ilayangudi Union, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District, in his favour. 4.It had been further stated that the petitioner can approach the "E-Sevai Maiyam" to workout his remedy, by way of filing a fresh representation along with relevant documents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.9287 of 2020 5.In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requested before this Court that liberty may be given to the petitioner to seek his remedy, by way of filing a fresh representation along with relevant documents before the "E-Sevai Maiyam".

6.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition is disposed of with such liberty. No costs.
