Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to pass final orders on the show cause notice issued by him in Na.Ka.No.258/2018/D dated 16/10/2018 within the period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER:- Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.H.ARUMUGAM, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MRS.SARANYA, for MR.N.SATHISH BABU, Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order: This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to extend the time for a period of 8 weeks, for compliance of the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.3733 of 2019, dated 26.02.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/writ petitioner has strongly objected for granting extension of time and

submitted that this Court has specifically passed an order dated 26.02.2019, directing the respondents to conduct an enquiry, by appointing an Enquiry Officer and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the respondent/writ petitioner as well as the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order, but without completing the enquiry, the petitioners/respondents have filed the present petition seeking to extend the time for a period of 8 weeks.

3.Considering the reasons stated in Paragraph No.3 of the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court grants further six weeks' time from today to complete the enquiry as directed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.3733 of 2019, dated 26.02.2019.
