Though the writ petition has been filed to consider the representation of the petitioner to cancel the patta, which stands in the name of the first respondent, no such document is filed in the typed set of papers. Therefore, we are not inclined to consider the said claim. However, we give liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh complaint to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the competent authority along with relevant documents so as to enable the authority to consider the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law. If such complaint is given, the persons who will be affected including the holder of patta should be duly noticed.
