Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned First information Report in Crime No. 162 of 2024 dated 13.04.2024 on the file of the respondent police station offences under Sections 143 and 341 of IPC and quash the same as illegal. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash F.I.R in Crime No.162 of 2024 dated 13.04.2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already they completed the investigation and filed the final report before the jurisdictional Court. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. The prayer of the petitioners is to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.162 of 2024 and already the respondent police have completed the investigation and filed the final report before the concerned Court and as per F.I.R, there 2/4

are specific allegations to constitute the offences, therefore it is for the petitioners to challenge the final report, if they are aggrieved. In view of the same, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petition is also closed.
