ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 494 and 506(i) I.P.C in Crime No.Not known of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the defacto complainant is still in hospital.

3.Since the defacto complainant is yet to be discharged from this hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
