For Respondent : Mr.R.M,Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.128/20223 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 366(A) of IPC and sections 9 and 11 of Prohibition of child Marriage Act, 2006 in Crime No. 128 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner under the pretext of love had kidnapped the minor victim girl aged about 13 years and had compelled her to marry the petitioner.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record.

4. It is seen that the petitioner under the pretext of marriage kidnapped the minor victim aged about 13 years and also got married her, hence the mother of the victim committed suicide , therefore custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required in this case, hence this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
