The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to put him under General Provident Fund Scheme by regularizing his break in service from 01.07.2007 to 03.12.2008 and to disburse all the service and monetary benefits to him forthwith. 2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, by referring to a proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 874/Aa1/2023, dated 10.02.2026, submits that the request of the petitioner has been considered and it has been rejected. 2/4
