*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachment said to have been made by the fourth respondent in Survey No.30/4 of Rajakallupatti Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

writ petitioner seeks restoration of the cart track. He has given a representation dated 30.11.2015 in this regard. 2.The third respondent is directed to enquire into the matter. If any encroachment is noticed, the same shall be removed by the third respondent, after issuing notice to the concerned parties and following the statutory procedure. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
